Southern Vermont — We Hear You!

We’ve received a LOT of interest from Manchester and the surrounding Southern Vermont area, and we truly appreciate it!

We’re working toward expanding our capacity so we can serve more customers in this area. For now, availability is very limited, though we may be able to accommodate a small number of projects as openings arise. Many inquiries may need to wait until next season, but we don’t want to close the door entirely.

How do I reclaim my pond?

A thriving pond ecosystem relies on three essential components:

Among these, aeration is the most crucial.

While you can eliminate cattails and weeds, add algaecide and bacteria for improvements, the best strategy is to focus on enhancing aeration first, then combine the others. treatments.

which is essential for aquatic life.
Proper aeration also aids in breaking down organic
matter and reducing the buildup of harmful products.
By keeping the water well-oxygenated, you can

Beneficial Bacteria

Accumulated organic matter at the bottom of your pond leads to "mucky" sensation.
In combination with proper aeration that boosts oxygen levels, bacteria can effectively decompose the muck, restoring your pond's floor.
While consistent management throughout the year is ideal, we can also focus on particularly problematic areas as needed.

Pond Shade

Incorporating biodegradable dye not only enhances the visual appeal but also offers additional advantages.
Algae thrive on sunlight, so reducing the depth of light penetration restricts photosynthesis and helps control algae blooms.
By combining pond shade with algaecide treatments, you can keep your pond healthy all summer long.
